COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
IN THE MICROWAVE: 800 W FOR 1.5 MINUTES
Heat the sauce in the microwave at 800 w for about 1 minute and 30 seconds or directly in the pan for 2/3 minutes adding, if necessary, a tablespoon of water until the desired creaminess is obtained.
INGREDIENTS:
39% cream , water, Pecorino Romano DOP ( sheep ’s milk, salt, lamb rennet) 19%, tapioca starch, 0.6% black pepper, salt.
It may contain traces of: celery, fish, molluscs, crustaceans and sulphites.
